A light, approachable honey with a smooth finish.
Banksia Wildflower Honey
Wild, golden and gathered at the edge of winter, Banksia Wildflower Honey is one of the final treasures of the beekeeping season.
Collected deep in untouched Western Australian forest, this honey comes from a landscape alive with the last great burst of flowering before winter sets in. Banksia takes centre stage, surrounded by a changing mix of autumn wildflowers that draw the bees out for one final, energetic forage.
The result is a beautifully sweet honey with a distinctive Banksia character, rich, fragrant and full of the wild country it comes from. Every jar is a snapshot of that brief moment when the forest is still buzzing, the autumn flowers are giving their last nectar, and the season is beginning to turn.
Unfiltered and unprocessed, it’s raw honey straight from the hive, keeping all the natural flavour, aroma and character of the forest intact.
Drizzle it over warm toast, spoon it onto yoghurt, stir it through tea or, better yet, enjoy it straight from the jar.
Wild. Sweet. The last taste of the season.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ideally above 24°C, and keep away from direct sunlight.
Raw honey may naturally crystallise over time. This is completely normal and does not mean the honey has spoiled.
To help keep your honey liquid for longer, avoid refrigeration and prolonged storage in cool conditions.
If crystallisation occurs, place the jar in warm water and gently heat until the crystals dissolve. Avoid overheating the honey.
