This early flowering nectar produces a beautifully smooth honey with deep amber colour and the unmistakable richness Jarrah is known for. Naturally thick with a gentle caramel depth, Jarrah honey is also prized for being naturally high in antioxidants and for its remarkable ability to resist crystallisation.
