Raw Honey is our mystery jar, filled with whichever one of our Western Australian raw honeys we feel like sharing at the time.

It might be something light, floral and fragrant. It might be rich and deeply coloured. It could carry the flavour of Marri forest, Jarrah country, wildflowers, orchards or some little pocket of the Western Australian bush that the bees happened to find irresistible.

We know what’s in there.

You don’t.

And that’s rather the point.

Every jar is unfiltered and unprocessed, keeping the natural flavour, aroma and character of the honey intact. The only clue to its identity is the batch number hidden on the bottom of the jar.

So you have two choices.

Taste it blind and see if you can work out what the bees were getting up to.

Or, once curiosity gets the better of you, send us the batch number and we’ll reveal exactly which floral honey you’ve been eating.

Will you like it?

We probably shouldn’t make promises.

But considering we only put honey in the jar that we’d happily keep for ourselves, the odds are very much in your favour.

No choosing. No overthinking. No reading six different honey descriptions trying to decide which one sounds best.

Just pick up a jar, take it home and discover what you got.

Because sometimes the best part of the bush is not knowing exactly what you’re going to find.
