A thick, luxurious honey that folds on the spoon, with rich, lingering toffee flavour.
TA50+ The Swagman
TA50+ Jarrah Honey
There’s a certain ache that comes when you’ve been in one place too long.
The road starts calling. You find yourself thinking about dusty tracks, a fire under an open sky, the smell of the bush after rain and that wonderful feeling of not quite knowing what’s around the next bend.
Swagman Jarrah Honey was made for people who understand that feeling.
Harvested deep within Western Australia’s old-growth Jarrah forests, far beyond the beaten track, this is a honey born in the sort of country travellers spend their lives searching for. Ancient Jarrah trees, endless bush tracks, kangaroos disappearing through the scrub, wild pigs, flashes of colourful birdlife and more than a few determined bush ants waiting for us at the hives.
Getting there is part of the story.
Jarrah itself is notoriously unpredictable. The trees don’t flower every year, and when conditions finally come together, the opportunity is brief. That makes every harvest something worth chasing.
And this particular harvest is something exceptional.
Rated TA51, Swagman sits at the very top end of Jarrah honey, a medicinal-grade honey prized for its naturally high activity. Rich and beautifully smooth, it falls from the spoon in luxurious golden ribbons, with deep toffee notes and a gentle complexity that seems almost at odds with the rugged country it came from.
It’s the kind of jar that belongs in the travelling pantry.
Spoon it over breakfast before another long day behind the wheel. Stir it into a hot drink beside the fire. Keep it close when you’re a long way from home. Or simply take a spoonful and remember there are still wild places out there waiting to be found.
Because a Swagman was never meant to stay still for too long.
For the road. For the wild. For wherever you wander next.

Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ideally above 24°C, and keep away from direct sunlight.
Raw honey may naturally crystallise over time. This is completely normal and does not mean the honey has spoiled.
To help keep your honey liquid for longer, avoid refrigeration and prolonged storage in cool conditions.
If crystallisation occurs, place the jar in warm water and gently heat until the crystals dissolve. Avoid overheating the honey.
